Description:
Manage the UX (user experience) program across all applicable digital efforts Use routine reporting, ad hoc analyses, and deep dives to inform decisions and set the strategy for the overall consumer experience on the website and mobile app Meet business objectives by working in an agile scrum framework in coordination with the website development and content teams to implement performance and design enhancements within Sitecore Work with cross-functional teams including members from digital strategy, SEO, IT, analytics, media, CRM, brand communications, web, developers, customer service, and product marketing Manage relationships with external partners at digital agencies to drive and support UX improvements Manage the UX program budget to ensure spend is efficient in driving enhancements and meeting business objectives Manage the digital testing and optimization program across the website and mobile app from idea generation to execution, reporting and analysis via Adobe Target and UserTesting platforms Collaborate across teams to set the testing and optimization program roadmap each year and gather insights and generate ideas to improve website and app performance, satisfaction, and conversion metrics Based on reports and analysis from a variety of data sources, continue evaluating and improving upon program effectiveness to ensure marketing goals are met or exceeded

5-7 years: Experience working in an analyst or digital marketing role Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Must be able to develop, interpret and explain test plans/results and analytics in a way that provides actionable insights for marketing decision making. Experience in testing, UX, and/or digital website strategy Experience working with web development teams Strong understanding of SEO best practices Experience working with UX design software (Adobe XD, Figma) Experience working in agile and/or with JIRA and Azure DevOps Experience with website analytics and/or testing platforms like Adobe Target or Optimizely
