Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Director of Web Services within the Web Services team and support execution, measurement and reporting for all digital marketing efforts. This position will be involved in helping to build out the analytics offering at CRI while continuing to support our existing clients and program. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn data into insightful stories. You’ll work with multiple internal teams (PPC, SEO, Social) and clients where you’ll learn and master new skills in a fast-paced digital advertising agency environment. You must be willing to commute to our office in Waltham once the pandemic is over. We are remote at this time but very much look forward to returning to the office in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage client analytics dashboard reporting needs within Google Data Studio, with a focus on providing well thought-out actionable insights and analysis
  • Help build out product offering to bring on more analytics projects
  • Be the analytics expert at CRI (trouble-shooting, implementation, development of program, best practices, new platforms)
  • Prioritize ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting for our internal team members
  • Collaborate on client measurement plans including KPIs and benchmarks
  • Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external clients
  • Implementation of tracking codes through Google Tag Manager and other platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Learn the latest digital marketing platforms/tools
  • Manage large amounts of data across multiple clients and industries
  • Work with entry level team member to help them grow and take on more responsibility

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in digital marketing/media
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets is a must
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Bonus Points for Adobe Analytics, Google Ads and core social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Advanced knowledge with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (blending data, customized reports, analyzing data, organizing data to tell a compelling story across all channels)
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills (this is a client facing role, both internal and external communication is a key to success)
  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Excellent problem-solving skills (setting priorities)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform under tight deadlines
  • Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, Ads, Data Studio or other key marketing platforms is a plus
