We have a great new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analyst with our client based in Nashville, TN! The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis of each channel's performance along with assisting in the strategy and planning. The ideal candidate has excellent relationship-building skills to communicate value propositions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and execute marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team and various departments to achieve desired Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budgetary compliance for all projects.
- Monitor and provide comprehensive reports on the progress of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors to support and enhance SEO and SEM programs.
- Oversee the management of Google Business Profile.
- Conduct competitor identification and analysis.
- Create analytical reports to track digital performance and monitor the progress of campaigns.
- Plan new campaigns and marketing opportunities.
- Execute email campaigns and generate reports using Marketing Cloud.
- Support website and intranet content management.
- Engage in collaborative content creation with the department.
- Work with internal department stakeholders and IT department to retrieve data for member communication.
- Provide support in audit efforts to verify the accuracy of member data before implementation.
- Build and sustain relationships with third-party vendors and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Education: Bachelors (required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage the optimization of all digital channels for growth.
- Manage performance across various marketing channels such as search, programmatic display, and paid social.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving, formatting), Microsoft Outlook (compose and respond to email), Microsoft PowerPoint (create, edit, and format presentations), and Microsoft Excel. (create and edit spreadsheets).
- Experience with the Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
