Description:
We are searching for an analytical Manager of Digital Marketing to serve as a key support resource for the Tata Harper Skincare DTC Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, best practices and highly analytical, managing communication between the DTC Marketing team and our digital agencies. We value data-driven creative choices and are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital media performance, optimization, reporting and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management
- Responsible for day to day management and coordination of Paid Media:
Social: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok & emerging channels).
SEM: Handle weekly management with SEM team, ensuring best in class performance while optimizing ROI and revenue goals.
Affiliate: Assist in coordination of the affiliate marketing channel.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Manage the paid media calendar and content brief process, including coordination of the edits/approvals process for all paid media assets.
- Monitor, identify and implement optimizations across all paid media channels in partnership with DTC marketing team and digital agencies.
- Ensure traffic and revenue are pacing to goals by working with digital agencies to track spend, budget & revenue performance.
- Develop a solid understanding of which creative assets work best cross-channel in an ongoing quest for program optimization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor performance daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to ensure business is pacing to goals. Generate reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with pacing updates to goals.
- Understand and leverage both in-channel data as well as Google Analytics LC data to develop a comprehensive understanding of performance.
- Consult third party tools (like CDP, Attribution Tools) to review holistic marketing performance and identify opportunities with new segments or CRM capabilities.
- Analyze customer demographic, psychographic, and purchasing behaviors using first party and third party data and reports.
- Conduct customer segmentation based on evaluating online marketing and selling metrics.
Strategy & Research
- Research target audience interest/activities to hone in on targeting strategy, best practices, future strategy optimization
- In-the-know regarding current paid social media trends, opportunities, strategy and paradigm shifts
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on key platforms including, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and preferably Google AdWords
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or advertising
- Strong communicator, ability to translate digital insights cross-functionally
- Exceptionally organized, able to juggle several projects simultaneously
- Efficient, self-starter
- Beauty experience a plus
