POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Lighthouse Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that utilize artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IIoT), big data analytics, predictive models, and digital twin technology to drive performance optimization. Additionally, you will play a key role in the development of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies to enhance our digital offerings.
We are looking for professional of the following specialties: modeling, digital twin, cloud computing, automation & controls, AR/VR.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
- Design, develop, and implement AI, IIoT, big data analytics, predictive models, and digital twin technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain AR/VR solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for performance optimization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions for digital performance optimization.
- Manage and maintain digital systems, ensuring high levels of availability and security.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO ASPIRE FOR THIS ROLE?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3 – 5+ years’ of experience in developing AI, IIoT, big data analytics, predictive models, and digital twin solutions.
- Strong expertise in AR/VR development.
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for constant travel
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred
