Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Layout, Design, Production, and Scheduling of all Foundation digital graphics: Design digital signage for onsite screens that support regularly scheduled performances as well as institutional messaging. Works collaboratively with Communications and Marketing team and across departments.
- Produce digital graphics for off-campus marketing: Works collaboratively with the Creative Director and Marketing team to design and animate out-of-home marketing content (ie: graphics that run on digital screens at Metro stations, bus shelters, malls, etc.).
- Contribute to non-digital design efforts as needed.
- Represent the Foundation and Communications and Marketing Department at onsite and offsite meetings and events as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- B.A. in graphic design or related field
- 2 - 5 years professional experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Prior design layout experience
- Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and After Effects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must work well independently, as well as on a team
- Must be able to multitask between small and large-scale projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere
