Description:
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Hands-on execution + production of world-class digital & content creative output (design + motion)
Proven ability to develop & apply on-brand campaigns & design systems across digital channels; DTC, Amazon, web, social, digital display, etc.
You will partner with the creative studio & brand experience teams on end-to-end campaign development and delivery
You will have a point of view on what social content is driving engagement and momentum
You will operate with an US lens with an eye on driving consistency across our markets (UK/EU)
Along with creative leads, partner with external agencies when necessary to ensure creative excellence
Have a point of view on what cuts through on leading social platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Partner with the brand experience team to work with external influencers when relevant
Play a key role in identifying & working with best-in-class specialist contractors, designers, animators, illustrators, etc. to help us deliver amazing digital content for all of our brands
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelors degree, Graphic Design or related field
3+ years of experience working at an agency or as part of an in-house creative team (or combination)
A portfolio that demonstrates creative skill and a point of view on digital design & content displaying social media or relevant assets
2+ years working with social platforms for brands, either internal or external. Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
