Responsibilities:

Website Management

  • Update and maintain the Together Site using WordPress, our content management system (CMS); requires light HTML + CSS coding, asset updates, and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content assets for website updates, press announcements, case studies, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with media agencies on SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Ensure website functionality and raise any technical issues to the developer team to help troubleshoot.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and provide regular reports on key indicators such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct audits of the website to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user interface enhancements and website redesigns.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in the creation and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Digital Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and website management.
  • Synthesize and analyze numbers into comprehensible learnings beyond pulling reports.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage administrative tasks for 2 VPs (schedules, meeting coordination, travel, etc.) as well as assist with scheduling for the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Entry Level
  • Preferred Majors: Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Digital/New Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Basic understanding and experience in HTML and CSS (Preferred).
  • Basic understanding and experience in Adobe Photoshop and additional products within the Adobe Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical nature with a willingness to raise questions and input new ideas or observations.
  • Strong eye for design and good judgement on user experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability to quickly pivot in tasks.
  • Proactive in learning new skills through individual research and provided resources.
