Operational arms of the TV Network and entertainment marketing ops team, specifically responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of episode and promo images from external entities to streaming platform.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role The Daily…
- This role will focus on tracking delivery of all static image assets related to upcoming client content via Monday.com dashboards, and internal communication (email, Monday.com, Slack, and weekly meetings).
- Updating the core ecosystem of title tracking and ensure all content is appropriately entered into our dashboard systems and any urgent issues highlighted and discussed in team meetings, or via Slack.
- Cross-functionally report any delivery or image QC errors to the appropriate teams, as well as escalate technical issues to internal Support teams for resolution.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of missing images for the entire team, including follow-up with the internal Guidance team members to verify image delivery timelines and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Be a point of contact for the Creative Workflow team with other internal cross functional partners to report on image statuses in meetings.
The Essentials…
- 2-3 years working with an off-the-shelf or custom digital asset management platform (3rd party SaaS, or internal proprietary tool) to ingest, traffic, and process assets.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated Project Management experience, including use of PM software such as: Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, or Basecamp.
- 1-2 years experience with a team in Design, Marketing, or Acquisitions Marketing.
- Experience working with film, TV, music, or streaming companies
