Digital Analytics Implementation Engineer

Securian Financial is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Implementation Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with digital analysts, site owners, application developers, and various stakeholders to comprehensively grasp the data required for goal measurement and informed decision-making. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing robust and repeatable data elements and rules, enabling thorough analysis that ultimately leads to actionable insights. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Design and implement digital analytics data collection solutions that drive business outcomes and align with enterprise data strategy and operating principles.

Leverage tools such as Adobe Data Collection (Adobe Launch) and ObservePoint to create and maintain analytics implementation across Securian’s digital properties.

Create and monitor audits and alerts to maintain data quality.

Provide guidance on data collection enhancements (including coding new solutions) while upholding Securian’s risk management and ethical standards.

Conduct code reviews and QA implementations to ensure reliability and consistency in data collection.

Support the needs of multiple websites and agile teams to ensure work is prioritized effectively.

Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into a data collection strategy.

Qualifications:

1+ years’ experience with Adobe Data Collection (Adobe Launch), including creating properties, data elements, rules, etc.

1+ years’ experience with JavaScript.

Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and it’s admin configuration.

Experience with ObservePoint or similar tools.

Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload effectively to drive business outcomes.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
