Our direct client is looking for a Program Manager for a 6 months contract in Cypress, CA. 6 months contract Onsite in Cypress CA 90630 Hybrid role: 3-4 days on-site / 1-2 days off-site role. The program manager for the applications delivery team will have ultimate responsibility to deliver IT projects from idea to transition to operations, managing quality, scope, schedule, and budget. 7+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager. Knowledgeable and conversant with SAP ERP business suite applications and Supply Chain Management Any experience with ServiceNow SPM is a plus Partner with the cross-functional teams on requirements and schedules. Facilitate project management meetings aligning and motivating teams to achieve the goals and vision of the project. Act as a leader of the project team members Development of communication materials such as project plans, implementation plans, change management. Working together with technology teams to understand issues and risks to delivery and then develop mitigation plans to address the issues and risks. Experience with leading and directing the work of cross-functional, onsite, and remote teams, including offshore teams Collaborating with various lines of business to understand objectives, and deliver to those objectives Develop status reports that clearly communicate project health Manage the finances for the project ensuring alignment to committed budget Collaborate with and manage vendor partners, understanding their dependencies, commitments, holding them accountable for delivery according to agreements such as SOWs Work with the project stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly articulated, documented, and communicated.
