Description:
: Provide customers of Hyperforce technical support for platform questions related to automated testing, deployment, and pipelines. Develop and engineer SlackBot technology to extend the self-service abilities for our customers. Extend the library of self-service training materials to help onboard customers to Hyperforce. Serve as the technical advisor for Hyperforce customers to assist with standard practices and conventions. Generate reports, critical metrics, and monitoring to give stakeholders and customers into the Hyperforce platform. Manage and host internal tools that will assist with charter of reducing friction for customers onboarding to Hyperforce. Participate as part of a scrum team to tackle new feature requests and customer difficulties. Ensure technical compliance of internal platform tools, while serving as the incident commander for Hyperforce events impacting multiple customers or are platform wide.
ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.

Minimum Requirements
: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field
