The Dev Infra Team, which supports over 300 RDs daily development environment,is your hardest work to improve productivity, happiness, and quality. As a Senior Dev Infra Engineer on the IC-TikTok Dev Infra Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust dev infra systems to support the creative tools, multimedia, effects(like game engine) used by millions of users worldwide. Your technical expertise will directly impact the engineering of cross functional teams(c++, Android, iOS, PC), and improve our product's quality.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the development of cross-platform engineering efficiency-related products, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD related infrastructure, continuously improving and perfecting the automation process.
2. Participate in the development of operations and maintenance monitoring tools and systems, continuously optimize compilation and debugging efficiency.
3. Establish a research and development efficiency measurement system, bear the research and development process and control, support the overall technical team's efficiency transformation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with 2 ~ 5 years of work experience and rich practical experience in C++ compilation optimization.
2. Extensive experience in DevOps, CI/CD development, with efficiency improvement experience, and experience in cross-platform SDK development. Familiarity with Android/iOS development is preferred.
3. Proficient in CMake, skilled in using Git and Jenkins, familiar with Linux commands and Shell programming.
4. Familiarity with full-stack development is preferred.
