Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Conversion and Retention
Expand our business relationships with key clients for eBay Vault, currently focused on Trading Cards Collectors
Deliver against sales objectives and quota through a mix of direct outreach and partner referrals
Management and Acquisition Strategy
Monitor and evaluate key customer strategies, business trends and operational priorities
Manage Vault Account Management team, in dotted line partnership with Seller Acceleration Manager, focused on achieving quota through lead generation with Salesforce pipeline enablement
Build partnership and business development strategies in collaboration with Business Development and Partnerships teams
Develop live event and show plan to optimize customer acquisition in partnership with Trading Cards Category team
Cross Functional Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the Trading Cards Category and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience
Partner with Seller Acceleration team on Salesforce Pipeline Management tools and customer centric requirements to drive pipeline visibility and growth
Present to leadership transparent financial and operational assessment of the health of our customer relationships
Build pitch decks, talking points and required tools to successfully drive pipeline
Requirements:
7+ years of sales and/or account management experience; passion for trading cards preferred
Deliver against sales objectives and quota through mix of direct outreach and partnership referrals
Outstanding sales relationship capabilities coupled with strong ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them clearly to customers
Excellence in critical thinking, developing sensible, creative solutions to challenging strategic business problems
Must be able to see and clearly communicate the company vision and the revenue strategy across all relevant functions and ensure the right goals are defined and met.
Strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong discipline around long-term planning as well as near-term pipeline tools and reporting
Ability and interest to dive deep and roll-up sleeves and develop operational execution
