Responsibilities:

• Advising the specialist departments with regard to the further development of business processes and their mapping in the course of the migration project to Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Development of requirements definition, coordination of process ideas with internal customers and coordination of changes in the IT landscape
• Developing and adapting the solutions defined with the specialist department in accordance with internal guidelines in collaboration with the locations
• Creating training materials and documentation as well as user training for new and existing workflows or processes in German and English
• Processing service and support requests in coordination with the INBG business units
• Maintenance of the existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable business education
• Extensive professional experience and sound process knowledge in the production environment, including mapping in the relevant Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC modules
• Methods for analyzing, designing, estimating, documenting and testing complex technical requirements
• Hands-on experience in AL and/or C/AL development
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages .NET (C#), JavaScript and Microsoft SQL is an advantage
• Strong presentation skills and high consulting competence paired with a solution-oriented attitude
• Goal orientation and focus on collaboration
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
