Designer Sr

Description:

The Designer Sr is responsible for providing advanced creative technical advice for highly complex marketing communication projects. Elevance health is looking for a Senior Designer for our Medicare and Medicaid creative group (Government Business Division). This person will be a key member of our team, who works closely with the Creative Director and will be responsible for ideating, developing, and creating effective, on-strategy and on-brand campaigns and creative concepts across multiple media types. Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus. They will contribute to the production of campaign/design work in all types of media and deliver polished creative with an appropriate sense of urgency and minimal oversight. We are looking for a team player who has a collaborative spirit, a keen eye for detail, strong concepting skills, is deadline driven and has high-quality standards.

• Consults with business leaders to understand business needs.
• Provides creative input in the strategic development of all types of communication and marketing materials and offers design efficiency recommendations to help achieve goals.
• Collaborates and partners with business leaders and all areas of marketing to ensure a consistent message.
• Develops creative ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Originates design layout and executes creative plans.
• Uses graphic design software applications to produce printed/digital sales and marketing materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences.
• Supports business initiatives and identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Acts as project lead for all complex assignments.
• May provide guidance or direction to team members.
• May consult directly with clients and team members on all projects in progress within the department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
