Too Faced Creative team is looking for a skilled Digital Designer, to create digital campaigns with our brand's aesthetics and capture the attention of our target audience. You will report into and work closely with the Design Director & Senior Digital Designer to help develop cohesive and strategic design solutions that effectively communicate our brand story through all digital platforms. This role is highly creative and requires the candidate to always be on top of industry trends and outside-the-box thinking.

This position is based at the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California. Too Faced is a Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create on-brand designs for all digital platforms, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Support and partner with Design Director, Art Director, Senior Digital Designer, and all cross-functional partners on to develop creative ideas for multiple projects.
  • Up to date on digital media, industry trends and desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technology.
  • Leverage a digital and mobile-first mindset in design.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring that all design deliverables reflect the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Ensure and elevate brand aesthetic across all touchpoints, including both domestic and international markets.
  • Ability to develop, execute, prepare, package, and organize files for all assigned projects.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and best practices for web and mobile.
  • Be adaptable to changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Present work directly to key partners, taking ownership of work, feedback, and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
  • React positively to feedback and notes with a strong desire for learning and improvement.


Qualifications


Desired Skills and Requirements

  • B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in beauty industry.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong design intuition, with skills in typography & composition.
  • Expert in design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.) and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in Keynote, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Leverage a digital and mobile-first mindset in design.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design and vision.
  • Ability to create simple animation.
  • Ability to work calmly through a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership of projects.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player (ability to work with immediate team members and cross functional partners).
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and anticipate workload and communicate to complete projects within timelines.
