Description:
The Designer is a talented and collaborative creative with exceptional versatility. You are responsible for executing day-to-day design work assigned by the Creative Director and Senior Designer, from presentation and data report design to brand concepts and campaign assets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle new challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including web, social media, and email marketing campaigns, as well as traditional and print mediums.
- Create captivating presentation designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance client pitches and internal meetings alike.
- Collaborate with team to bring concepts to life and maintain consistent branding across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of design projects, meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
- Seek and provide constructive feedback to improve design work and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
What do You Need?
- 2+ years' experience as a designer, with proven track record designing for web, social, and traditional/print mediums.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or communications or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for design and for staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design deliverables.
- Comprehensive design portfolio submitted with application.
