Responsibilities:

• Develop original design concepts and graphics for various projects, including web, packaging, merchandising, and digital collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual storytelling that enhances brand image.
• Ensure the highest quality in design production and aesthetics, aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide technical input and direction on packaging design and production processes to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• 3-5 years of experience in design, specifically within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries.
• Strong passion for fashion and beauty design, with impeccable production skills and a deep understanding of industry trends.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of the packaging production process and ability to guide projects from concept through execution.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
