BA in Design or a related creative marketing field
4+ years of proven work experience as a Creative / Designer in a similar B2C, direct to consumer role
Portfolio of design projects with specific experience in creating advertising for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube advertising
Expertise in standard design software including and especially Figma
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills, ideally Webflow experience
Ability to work with customers, partners, and team members to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet their needs
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams, customers and partners
Prefer rapid iteration over perfect design.
