Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop frameworks and strategies which serve to rally the organization and inform current and future directions and priorities for our product roadmaps.
Contribute to a repository for emerging trends across social, political, technological, economic, environmental categories.
Liaison between peers, partners and design strategy to deliver on future-forward business and client value through PESTEL modeling or related methodologies.
Create strategies for experiences that designers will design (master of foresight, design thinking and inclusive design).
Serve as a thought partner on next generation experiences for key initiatives.
Partner with design and research peers on the response to patterns identified across CX data and analytics, specifically as it relates to Design Strategy aligned work.
Collaborate on methods for scaling the Design Strategy approach by modeling design led innovation.
Educational Requirements
