You have a passion for creative storytelling. You enjoy designing and developing content to drive audience engagement. You love immersing yourself in an organization and sharing its culture, stories, and people. You’re a creative candidate who can help translate complex ideas into engaging and impactful stories. Most importantly, you would take pride in helping tell amazing Nestlé stories and valuable learnings throughout the organization to empower and delight employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and editing corporate videos for internal and external use (e.g. town halls, employee interviews and other corporate storytelling efforts)
- Support in-house video production by assisting with scripting, lighting, audio, b-camera operation, interviews, and more.
- Design and support Nestlé employee communications content (campus newsletters, in-office video screens, corporate presentations, etc.)
- Manage and update employee communications calendars and assist with email distribution list management
- Support event planning for employee activities (speaker series, product tastings, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video Production or related degree – or related work experience. At least 2 years of communications and hands-on video and graphic experience for digital distribution
- A strong command of visual design, including image editing experience
- Must have at least a basic level of proficiency with Premiere Pro and Photoshop. After Effects and any other Adobe Creative Cloud expertise is a plus as well
- Strong organizational skill, especially around digital asset management and cloud-based storage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and stakeholder styles
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
- A collaborative style, with an understanding of how to leverage and support existing content, initiatives, and contributions
