Delivery Solution Architect

A key part of this mission is ensuring we have optimized solution design — and to do that, we need qualified and dedicated Delivery Solution Architects. Preferred candidates will be skilled at identifying customer pain points and translating those into technical solutions to solve company problems. The Solution Architect will be deeply involved in daily work cross functionally, regularly interacting with both client and internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. In addition to leading the technical delivery of outstanding JAGGAER solutions for our clients, there is a level of Professional Services pre-sales responsibilities required to work with our Software pre-sales team and our clients to scope out the high-level technical solutions required to meet their specific objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:

• 
  Streamline delivery by ensuring technical feasibility and optimization of design
• Engage with stakeholders both within Professional Services and cross functionally to update processes and documentation
• Drive organization-wide process optimization
• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies/new products on a regular basis
• Participate in NPI process
• Provide feedback cross functionally to improve solution delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Develop an understanding of our existing JAGGAER solutions and IT infrastructure to enable guidance of best path to deliver client solutions
• Design, implement and guide through solution delivery for JAGGAER clients
• Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify problem areas
• Propose solutions to address client challenges
• Develop cadence with product and development teams to ensure feedback reciprocity
• Engage with stakeholders both within Professional Services and cross functionally to update processes and documentation
• Ensure comprehensive solution design documentation
• Partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction
