The Framework helps DFA employees decide what data to measure, gather, and analyze in order to ensure that DFA makes quantifiable progress toward both strategic and operational goals. The Data Storyteller will use best practices in data visualization to effectively communicate this progress for target audiences which include both internal and external stakeholders.

DFA, as OSU’s largest administrative unit, has a vast portfolio of work spanning finance, operations and administration. Over 20 units report on metrics, which then are incorporated into organizational and divisional metrics.
