Cyber Defense Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Cyber Defense Analyst I - DevOps with a focus in DevSecOps to support and maintain COCC’s managed Cybersecurity services. The position will focus on process improvement & automation and will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure (including upgrades and patches). In addition, the Engineer will be responsible for analysis of existing platforms and participate in the process to enhance current solutions. The candidate should have a comfort level working with a diverse set of individuals and their backgrounds, must be able to work without supervision and use advanced knowledge to make judgement calls

What you’ll do…

• Management of basic client deployment projects
• Act as a main point of contact for internal and external requests and troubleshooting issues
• Monitor environment and provide reporting
• Manage break fixes and participate in maintenance/improvements
• Accurately document issues and resolutions for internal and external clients
• Ability to work some weekends, and some weeks require work over 40 hours
