Customer Support / Operations Associate

 

Description:

We are seeking a Customer Support / Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers, assisting with inquiries related to our services, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and respond to customer inquiries using various support tools.
  • Assist and train customers on our exchange services and products.
  • Address configuration issues related to our protocols.
  • Provide guidance on functionality for new and existing protocols.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the team.
  • Contribute new ideas and product initiatives to enhance operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s Degree with 1-3 years of customer service experience, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of customer service experience
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • Strong interest in capital markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work with limited information.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new subject matter.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
