Customer Success Manager
Description:
The role:
- Perform product demonstrations and tutorials through Video Calls
- Engage clients and walk them through onboarding, training and customer support
- Be a sponge for customer feedback and endeavor to improve customer experience
- Work strategically with the technical and sales teams to provide optimized customer service
- Regularly check in with clients and troubleshoot enquires
- Provide strategic analysis of each clients unique situation using data
- Collect feedback through customer surveys and NPS scores
- Upsell and cross sell additional services where appropriate
About you:
- Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on adding value to your clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer service/support role in Software or E-commerce is preferable
- Experience in Merchandising advantageous
- Able to communicate with both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive customer centric mindset
- Must be self motivated
