Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

The role:

 

  • Perform product demonstrations and tutorials through Video Calls
  • Engage clients and walk them through onboarding, training and customer support
  • Be a sponge for customer feedback and endeavor to improve customer experience
  • Work strategically with the technical and sales teams to provide optimized customer service
  • Regularly check in with clients and troubleshoot enquires
  • Provide strategic analysis of each clients unique situation using data
  • Collect feedback through customer surveys and NPS scores
  • Upsell and cross sell additional services where appropriate

 

 

 

About you:

 

  • Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on adding value to your clients
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service/support role in Software or E-commerce is preferable
  • Experience in Merchandising advantageous
  • Able to communicate with both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive customer centric mindset
  • Must be self motivated
