Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

Brellium is a health-tech startup developing a completely novel, applied AI technology to tackle clinical quality, helping clinics analyze their medical records to deliver better care and decrease insurance clawbacks. We are committed to empowering clinics and driving a leap in efficiency in the American healthcare system. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to help our ABA (autism care) mental health, hospice, and home health customers implement our AI product. You will work with the C-Suite of mid market & enterprise clinics daily to help them best use Brellium.

Responsibilities:

Own accounts for $1B+ customers from contract signing onward

Deal directly with C-suite healthcare executives every day

Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, CTO, Engineering Leads, and implementation team to help customers onboard to Brellium, increase contract value, and build a repeatable account management process

Collaborate with our engineering team to guide roadmap for future features

 

Requirements:

Previously worked in sales or account management at an early stage startup

Track record of exceeding quota

Live in NYC, or can move within the next 30 days

Extreme sense of ownership
