  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience within a call center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
