We are looking for a Service Team Representative to join our firm within our SHEL program (Sports, Hospitality, Entertainment & Leisure), which writes the bulk of its business through the in house Risk Purchasing Group. The representative will be responsible for providing support to the sales and service teams and helping to maintain the relationship between our carrier partners and client partners.

This is a hybrid role; candidate must be in the Boston/Greater Boston area and be willing to come into the office three times a week.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The primary role for this position is support for all administrative functions of the Risk Purchasing Group program and as the secondary point of contact for all customer service needs from current and prospective insureds.

The responsibilities include the following:
Sending out new / renewal business proposals for prospective insureds of SHEL

Data entry and record keeping of new/renewal insureds

Answering of customer questions related to the risk purchasing program

Follows up with renewal / new insureds for completed applications and proposals

Sends out all completed certificates of insurance to requesting parties

Invoicing and coding of renewal / new business

Daily interaction with underwriters at each carrier partner to ensure timely quote/bind periods
