Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as first line of contact for incoming phone calls and route as appropriate to the Heraeus Noblelight team.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating basic quotes for inquiries with accurate pricing.
  • Locate answers to customer questions in an efficient manner.
  • Process orders received via online store.
  • Generate POs for customers as needed.
  • Monitor incoming mailbox and respond to inquiries in written format via email.
  • Conduct basic administrative functions around the office to support Heraeus Noblelight employees.
  • Other essential administrative and customer service-related duties as assigned.

What is Required for this Role:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in ERP SAP preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective collaboration abilities.
