Description:
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as first line of contact for incoming phone calls and route as appropriate to the Heraeus Noblelight team.
- Assist in creating and disseminating basic quotes for inquiries with accurate pricing.
- Locate answers to customer questions in an efficient manner.
- Process orders received via online store.
- Generate POs for customers as needed.
- Monitor incoming mailbox and respond to inquiries in written format via email.
- Conduct basic administrative functions around the office to support Heraeus Noblelight employees.
- Other essential administrative and customer service-related duties as assigned.
What is Required for this Role:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Inside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in ERP SAP preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective collaboration abilities.
