Customer Logistics Leader

Description:

Pacific International is exclusively retained by a Fortune 100 global leader in the automotive, mobility, and materials industry for a critical leadership role. The Customer Logistics Leader will drive transformation in North America logistics, improving customer satisfaction, experience, loyalty, and the overall logistics strategy and commercial roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in growth, transformation, and change management while maintaining strong communication across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vision and Strategy: Lead with a clear view of the future for the business, industry, and logistics function (3-5 years). Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategy while influencing the function and business strategies.

• Transformation and Change: Use technology to drive transformation in logistics, employing an integrated approach. Be a thought leader on innovative practices to reshape the logistics function.

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects to implement changes in logistics operations and systems.

• Talent and Team Development: Challenge and evolve the logistics team to higher levels of performance and value, defining clear objectives and prioritizing work.

• Company Leadership: Serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, integrating logistics efforts within the broader organizational strategy.

Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years in Logistics or Supply Chain roles, with experience in implementing and executing strategies in complex environments.

• Strategic Partnership: Proven experience in partnering with customers on strategic initiatives, maximizing relationships.

• Change Management: Ability to drive change while managing day-to-day operations, anticipating risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
