Description:
You will play a crucial role leveraging data to provide visibility, drive informed decision-making, enhance business processes, and ensure the overall success of the Customer Operations organization. You will be tasked with detailed assessment of business context and stakeholder needs; statistical reporting, visualization, and reporting; and consultative partnership with leadership. Successful candidates for this role will have prior experience in a data analytics environment and are comfortable using analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel. Candidates should be able to communicate complex concepts and problems clearly and use complex data to support their findings and arguments. A bachelor's degree is required.

- Data Governance:
- Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to establish and enforce data management standards.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide analytical support.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Proven experience in a data analyst role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with predictive modeling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
