Customer Data Managment Administrator

 

Description:

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining and entering data into LINK and Salesforce to update and create customer records.

  • Maintain and create customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Participate in group projects for the Data Management team and Americas sales teams.

  • Assist in the ongoing development of the company's customer data.

  • Utilize basic to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other internal programs to manage data for updating customer records.

  • Assist in converting data from prospect lists into our business systems.

  • Run account reports and analyze data from various sources (Tableau, Salesforce, LINK) to provide reports for other departments and company executives.

  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and V-Lookup.

  • Work effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.

 


HOW TO SUCCEED
