We are looking for a hardworking and top-performing Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset, keen to deliver solutions to today’s Business and IT-related challenges within our existing base of accounts.
As demand for our solutions is growing dramatically, we are expanding our team to meet this increased interest and further grow our presence within the developer ecosystem. As a member of the AM team, you will be working with existing accounts to generate up-sell/ cross-sell business along with retention efforts to a range of enterprise organizations.
- Consistently exceed sales objectives within existing accounts.
- Build & strengthen account relationships; Utilize retention strategies to retain existing customers.
- Preparing and delivering effective account reviews & demonstrations to expand the use of our products within their business.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with users and responsible parties in assigned accounts. Delivers a high level of product expertise and customer service for assigned accounts.
- Leverage available sales technologies to enhance the impact of sales calls and your management of accounts. Leverage this information to proactively develop a plan of action to address the individual needs of each of your accounts.
- Preparing offers, proposals, product presentations, and other general sales-related activities. Observe the high quality of our ethical standards in presentations, proposals, and overall representation of the company, including professional image and appearance.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Business-to-Business and software sales background
- Proven track record in Account Management
- Possess initiative, business acumen, confidence, and a competitive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and change behavior in support of business goals and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include verbal and written communication.
- Adeptly handling complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines with minimum impact on job responsibilities.
