Creative Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Creative Project Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of creative projects, including exhibit installations, print marketing, digital ads, and video content. This role requires close collaboration with design, video, content, copywriting, and production teams, as well as marketing managers and museum staff. The Sr. Creative Project Manager will oversee the scheduling, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. This position reports to the Director of Creative Project Management.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, assign and manage execution of creative projects from inception to completion.
• Balance communications and project priorities between cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Director, Creative Project Management to identify and evaluate inefficiencies.
• Ensure established creative standards and processes are followed throughout campaigns.
• Collaborate on reporting of current departmental workloads and impending deadlines.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships to build trust and inspire confidence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5+ years project management, agency or non-profit experience.
