Description:

As the Creative Manager for Knowledge Services, you will lead our creative team in delivering captivating and impactful marketing content for our Knowledge Services Family of Brands. You will be responsible for guiding the content and creative strategies across various channels, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement with our target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, digital content creators, and social media specialists, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the overarching marketing goals and enhance brand perception for Knowledge Services, StateRAMP, and The Club.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing Managers, Marketing Manager, and functional specialists to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and creative outputs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide strategic direction for creative initiatives, ensuring that design and content align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets, including written content, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content, that convey brand messaging and engage audiences.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to optimize user experience and guide users seamlessly through their buying journey.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of creative outputs.
  • Analyze the performance of creative content and campaigns, extract insights, and present findings to executive leadership, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative efforts with other departments, initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in creative roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative expertise and versatility.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, user experience, and multimedia content creation.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into visually compelling creative concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices.
  • Experience in analyzing creative performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies.
