Position Details:
Job Title: Country Sales Manager
Location: California or Remote (USA)
Job Type: Full-Time (W2)
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow steel markets in North America, with a focus on the U.S.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Drive sales while contributing to procurement as an added advantage.
Meet revenue targets and generate direct company profits.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree, with English as the working language.
5+ years of experience in a large international trading company.
Strong knowledge of the North American steel market with an established customer network.
Proven expertise in selling carbon steel products (HRC, CRC, GI, Rebars, Wire Rod, Profiles).
Additional procurement channels are a plus.
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to thrive under performance pressure.
