Sage Neuropsych is actively seeking a licensed psychologist to join its thriving private practice specializing in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and skilled clinician who excels in assessing cognitive, academic, executive, emotional, and social functioning across a diverse range of diagnoses and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in psychological and neuropsychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation. Strong clinical insight, communication skills for family feedback, and concise report-writing capabilities are essential. The psychologist will work in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, support, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations

  • Interpret a range of assessments measuring cognitive, academic, emotional, and social functioning

  • Provide clear and supportive feedback to families, caregivers, and referral sources

  • Create integrated and well-articulated reports from test results, interviews, and observations

  • Attend weekly team meetings and participate in peer supervision

  • Collaborate with referring professionals such as schools, physicians, and therapists

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing and legal guidelines

  • Optional: Supervise practicum students and engage in training opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program

  • Independent licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists

  • At least two years of experience with neuropsychological testing in pediatric or adolescent settings

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in clinical diagnosis of psychological disorders in children and young adults

  • Ability to build supportive relationships with clients and families

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sensitive information confidentially

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a team

  • Supervisory skills and sound clinical judgment when mentoring trainees
