Description:
We are excited to represent a well known firm in Denver who is looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and real estate transactions, with the ability to assist our attorneys in managing complex corporate transactions and real estate matters.. This role offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts for corporate transactions, including reviewing and organizing documents, conducting searches, and preparing summaries.
- Draft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and corporate governance documents.
- Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and development projects.
- Conduct title searches, review surveys, and analyze real estate documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate and real estate-related documents with government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; major in legal studies is a plus but not required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with a focus on transactional support and real estate law.
- Strong proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management software.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and transactional processes.
- Paralegal Certification is a plus.
