Word processing/formatting of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and redlining using Office 365 and Adobe
Managing client files and records, both electronic and physical, including corporate records such as organizational documents, resolutions, and minutes
Familiarity with data rooms for Transactional and M&A work
Real Estate tasks including preparation and recording of deeds, and creating and maintaining lease abstracts
Corporate/Compliance duties such as Secretary of State filings, annual report filings with various states, ongoing compliance requirements, and obtaining EINs
General tasks including calendaring and docketing, maintaining schedules, and meticulous attention to detail
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Paralegal certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
