Corporate Controller

Description:

We are working with a PE-backed manufacturing company in Greater Boston who is seeking out a Corporate Controller for an immediate opening. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the close process, operations, and general ledger. We are looking for someone with large company experience (500M+)

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting including month-end close and general ledger
• Overseeing all day-to-day accounting operations and staff
• Assist CFO with FP&A duties such as setting up budget calendar
• Assist with new ERP system implementation as needed

Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting experience for large companies (500M+)
• MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Experience with M&A activities
