Control Systems Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time position for a Control Systems Specialist/Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in process control, control systems design, configuration, and troubleshooting. The position is based in the Beaumont, TX area, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in working with one of the following DCS systems: Honeywell Experion PKS or TPS, Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, Foxboro I/A, Yokogawa Centum.
• Proficiency in working with one of the following PLC systems: Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Schneider/Modicon, Siemens.
• Preference for candidates with experience supporting a running process facility and troubleshooting skills in instrumentation and motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret related documentation, including P&IDs, Instrument Loop Sheets, Motor Control Schematics, and various equipment wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with network architecture typically found in industrial control systems.
