As a Contracted Website UX/UI Designer with Front-End Development Skills at That's So Creative, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning, user-friendly websites that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives. Your role will involve translating creative concepts into interactive digital experiences, ensuring a seamless blend of design and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize website designs and user interfaces.
- Design and develop responsive web layouts that prioritize user experience, aesthetics, and performance.
- Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life using WordPress. Other platforms like Wix occasionally required.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all digital assets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Highly profiencient in WordPress. Other platforms like Wix occasionally required.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
