Development of RFI's/RFP's and Purchase Orders for Software/Hardware, Professional Services, Contingent Labor, Telecom.
Review submitted SOW's and MSA's to determine the most cost-effective vendor for building maintenance, including major construction and renovation projects, facilities purchasing, and green energy (solar and wind) installs.
Experience in master agreements and contracts for the purchasing of Contingent Labor, Hardware, Software and Professional Services, including development of SOWs and project cost estimates and scheduling.
