Description:
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and atleast 3 years of experience in Contentful
· Experience in resolving tickets on Contentful technology such as fix content / asset related issues, add content types, entries, workflows, user management etc.
· Experience in configuring integration of Contentful APIs with frontend, including GraphQL, and resolve any associated issues
· Experience in configuring and resolving issues of Contentful apps such as Optimizely, Launch and Compose
· Perform ticket analysis, resolution, manage knowledge articles etc.
