Content Copywriter & Social Media Manager

Description:

Rxponential is looking for a highly-motivated virtual assistant to join our Media team as a Content Copywriter, Youtube Scriptwriter and Social Media Manager for our Content Pyramid Strategy. The Content Pyramid Strategy involves recording Pillar Content (1 Hour Podcasts, Keynote Speaker Talks, Live Webinars, etc.), then creating a Wide Distribution strategy of that content across content platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram) in Long Form and Short Form video to reach our key audiences.

In this Position, you will be working directly with the CEO to execute the vision our house of Personal Brands and Thought Leaders, seeking to uplift the Natural Healthcare Movement.

The Role will require:

• Special Attention to Detail
• Ability to Watch and Understand our Pillar Content, then formulate appropriate editing and content creation strategies
• Working with our Team of Editors to create compelling content unique to each platform (Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
• Tailoring the Content Distribution Strategy to match our Target Audience through intelligent Caption Writing, Call to Actions and other elements
• Youtube and Podcast scriptwriting for future podcast episodes
• Youtube Title, Thumbnail Creation, Meta & Description Writing as well as Chapters.
• End-to-End Linkedin Post Creation
• Caption writing for Reels (Instagram, Youtube Shorts, Facebook)
• Ability to match tone of voice and professional style in copywriting (not using ChatGPT)
• Managing, Organizing and Executing a Content Calendar with High Quality and High Volume posting
• Weekly Analytics Tracking and Decision-making
• Creative tasks such as research, call-to-action discovery, story advertising creation, Paid Ad Traffic creative creation, and other tasks assigned by the CEO
