Content Analyst

 

Description:


We are seeking a remote Content Analyst looking to join a global leader in forestry, agricultural, and construction machinery!

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining websites that provide valuable information and tools for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital content!

Responsibilities:
 

  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain websites that provide valuable information and tools and serve internal and external customers.
  • Ensure a quality presentation of written and graphical web content, a positive web visitor experience and a competitive web presence in the marketplace.
  • Coordinate the technical creation of innovative written, visual, and audio content for internet pages so that the website is appealing, informative and satisfying to the visitor and is competitive in the marketplace.
  • Manage and publish web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions, and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
  • Ensure content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to the online audience.
  • Monitor quality and adherence to policies, authoring & brand standards, and guidelines on the company's websites, escalate issues as appropriate and facilitate resolution of problems.
  • Support of project/ticket requests from multiple units and divisions.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met.
  • Support global business partners, including the ability attend meetings as scheduled.
  • Create, update, and maintain sensitive and confidential company information, adhering to company policies and procedures.

     

Qualifications:
 

  • Experience level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
  • Experience with content management system tools such as OpenText TeamSite, Adobe, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Agile Kanban Methodology.
  • Experience creating and implementing training on digital tools and processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, grammar, persuasive copywriting, and style.
  • Experience working and communicating with business partners across divisions.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with website optimization tools such as Site Improve.
  • Knowledge of front-end coding languages (HTML, CSS).
  • Understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
