Description:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Consumer Growth Campaign Manager will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing our on-platform campaigns to drive stronger engagement between LIVE-focused creators and their communities. This will come in the form of quarterly and annual growth strategies, and the execution of programs and activations that smartly leverage the best of education, experiments, and incentives resources.
Responsibilities:
- Build scaled growth and cohort based lifecycle strategies that help optimize our on-platform channel's attributable performance on consumer growth (Creators and Viewers)
- Educate and amplify gamification incentives to help drive high value actions and inspiration for creator's to adopt the most popular TikTok LIVE product offerings and content trends
- Cross collaborate with XFN to integrate on-platform campaigns into holistic O&O channel executions
- Leverage data to optimize campaigns; provide insights, recommendations, and direction to build best practices that can be leveraged by existing and peer teams
- Lead and project manage key campaigns, initiatives, and events that support the US LIVE ecosystem
Qualifications
- BS/BA and 8+ years of experience working in consumer growth and/or lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or creator/community marketing
- Ability to leverage data as a key driver for decision making, campaign performance analysis, and impact attribution analysis
- O&O and platform channel ownership experience and "hands-on keyboard" execution capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
