Description:
Our client is a growing general contractor in the Milwaukee area that specializes in both commercial and industrial projects. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience working on large construction projects ($25+ million).
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
- Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Complete large projects in the commercial and industrial spaces ($25+ million)
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry working on large projects ($20+ million).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
